We are making a change
The Conflict Resolution Advisor role is currently in the process of moving to the remit of Faculty EDI Managers. While this change is taking place, reports that request Conflict Resolution Advisor support will temporarily be assigned to the Diversity & Equality Team who will offer the usual advice, signposting, and support. This means they will listen impartially and help you understand the available options to help resolve your issue.
Any information you provide will remain confidential unless we believe there is a serious threat to a person’s safety.
